Your typical good guy! Maybe he'll tease some wonderful Oooians occasionally but he doesn't dare to upset people.
He's a hero after all, keeping people cheered up is his job you know? He shifts from boisterous to calm and mellow at random, also depending on who he is around.

He doesn't remember his parents. Well, that's a lie. He vaguely recalls shadows and shapes and colours of smell of his mother but that's all.
He remembered he was always at sea, living on some make-shift boat with the mother figure. If only he could remember a name, maybe he could find her.
One of the really bad stormy nights, things had gotten hectic and he doesn't really recall it much but the thing he remembers clearly is waking up in some odd sea cave.
(He later found out it belonged to the lovely Seacave Princess Atlanta who looked after him for a short while as he healed up a broken leg.)
There wasn't much left of the ship throughout the maze of seacaves and floor but he also didn't find his mother so never doubted she survived. He just couldn't find her.
That was all fine though, he didn't mind. He'd just keep looking, and helping out the people of Ooo on the way!

He doesn't have a sidekick nor a backpack and mostly just improvises with most his situations.
The only thing he really keeps on his person is his sword and his weird fishtailed shape cloak which more often than not is on his hips instead.
(He likes the feel of the sun on his skin at the beach after all!)
Also has some fashioned out helm he always like to keep on him, it's hot after all.
